Shipping Information:All packages are shipped via UPS Ground service unless otherwise requested. Military shipments will be shipped via US Mail.
With the exception of military or U.S. Government Orders, no International Orders will be accepted. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping prices are calcuated at time of order. You can calculate the shipping for your order using the "Shipping Calculator" at the bottom of the shopping cart. Any orders requesting 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select received after 11:00am will be processed the following business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed beginning on Monday.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:Items can be returned up to 14 days after receipt by calling 1-888-880-4441 and obtaining a return authorization (RA) number. Any returns or exchanges must be in the original packaging and also have a return authorization (RA) number issued for the exchange/refund. Please send any returns to the address listed above and make sure the return authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the packag. Be sure to include a copy of your sales receipt, or a note with your order number and the details of the return.
All returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.Returns should be addressed on the outside of the package as follows:
