SureFire EB1 Backup 200 Lumen Flashlight (Pre-Order)

We had a meeting with SureFire today and we were able to test a few of the new products, and get some release dates for the items that we saw at the 2012 SHOT Show.

The SureFire Fury isn’t really new, but it sure is an amazing light… the 500 lumens was almost blinding for a light of it’s small size. It is just an all around well planned and well built light.

The EB1 Backup is now available and ready for sale about a month away from being ready. We estimate that it will be shipping in May. It packs 200 lumens into a single Lithium 123A flashlight. Great for a small and handy light that won’t weigh you down or get in the way. We are currently taking preorders on the EB1 Backup.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to play around with the 2211 Wristlight, but we did get some new information on it. We already knew the 2211 will turn on and off as you draw your weapon or flick your wrist. The cool feature is that it is programmable… allowing you to set it up for your on/off movement preferences and brightness in advance. We are really looking forward to this one.

We just received a list of estimated release dates for the new SureFire flashlights and weaponslights. SureFire has created a lot of buzz about their new lights this fall. Because of the increased demand, it is taking SureFire about a month to ship most flashlights after the release date.

SureFire Flashlights

Click switch and tactical switch versions are both available to order on 10/12 with an estimated ship date of 11/12. The SureFire EB1 Backup will be available in Black, Silver and now Tan also. MSRP at $220. Our price will be $189.99. We are currently taking pre-orders on the EB1 Backup.

Tactical switch version with 500 lumens. Available for order on 12/31. Pricing is still to be determined.

The 6PX and G2X flashlights will be re-released with an upgraded 275 lumen LED. Available for order on 10/4 with an estimated ship date of 11/5. The 6PX will MSRP for $115 and will be available for sale at On Duty Gear for $99.99. The G2X will MSRP for $95, $84.99 at ODG.

The Lawman features a 750 lumen LED and is both rechargeable and programmable. The Lawman has been released, but we were unable to get pricing at the time of this post. We will update this post as it becomes available.

SureFire Weaponslights

One of the most talked about items from the SHOT Show. 500 lumens. Currently available for order with about a two week delay due to the demand of the item. MSRP is $299 and our price is $249.99.
