Great question-All of the cuff/mag combos from Gould & Goodrich are meant to complement your carry style. If you are right-handed, choose right hand draw on the Gould & Goodrich B841 and any others like it. It will then sit on your left side as you would like. It works the same for left hand draw.

How wide of a belt will this fit?

This will fit belts up to 1-3/4" width.
